- • Hemorrhage control
- Direct pressure, pressure dressings
- Hemostatic agents
- Tourniquet for life-threatening extremity bleeding or amputations
- Pelvic binder or sheet for open-book fracture
- • Assess for shock
- Assume hemorrhagic shock until proven otherwise
- • Fluid therapy
- Balanced resuscitation
- Maintain SBP at 90mmHg
- Warm IV fluids
