  • • Traumatic brain injury → reduce secondary injury
    • Maintain O2Sat ≥ 95%
    • Maintain adequate ventilation
    • Goal ETCO2 35-45mmHg
    • Maintain SBP ≥ 90mmHg
  • • High risk for cervival and thoracic spine injury
    • Spinal stabilization with motion restriction should be maintained throughout the assessment
    • Maintain C-collar and follow spine immobilization protocols
